Mercer has a spring rush for the fraternities (I think, but it's my first year here
) but the sororities don't participate in spring rush. I know that the University of Richmond has spring rush because my friend is going through. Another friend also told me that University of North Florida normally has spring rush but it got cancelled this year for some reason.
