MOVE over, Naomi Watts -Nicole Kidman's newest best friend is rapper Q-Tip. The controversial rapper caused mouths to drop at the premiere of "The Hours" a week ago when he sat between Kidman and Viacom chairman Sumner Redstone. One over-eager publicist tried to oust Q-Tip, who once broke a fellow rapper's jaw at the Virgin Records store in Times Square. But Kidman told the flunkie, "He is my guest." The two met recently through mutual friends.
