Nope, I'm in the University Chorale as opposed to the Choir. The Choir's generally the elites of the music school--voice majors, music ed majors, etc.
I'm a religion major and I do music for fun. Ergo, I don't cout, according to that particular director.
This being said, our Choir is a great ensemble, and I love their work. I'd love to perform with them, but c'est la vie...
