I'm sick of trying to shop for my family, especially my uncle who is a pain in the butt and never likes anything anyway. I've never met someone who is so dissatisfied with everything. especially gifts that you think are heartfelt, that he brushes off because it's never good enough.
I'm sick of people treating my profession like it's not a profession, I have a Master's Degree and being a high school teacher is a professional job that I take pride in! Screw you people who don't think teaching is a profession, or that give me the "oh, you're a high school teacher," comment. And I'm especially tired of people thinking that it's an easy job. You be "on" at work for 7 straight hours, and don't take breaks every ten minutes to check email or chat with your co-workers! Come to my job for a day, and see what it's like before you open your damn trap!(Can you tell I need this two weeks off?)
I hate the fact that some people, no matter how hard you try to like them are just unlikable.
I'm damn sick of all the hype about buying fabulous presents, when really what it should be about is family togetherness and appreciating one another.
I'm sick of some people being so manipulative, and overly competitive women, we should be working with each other, not against.
And I'm sick of being sick of things...I want to be perenially happy with everything! I'm also sick of my cats waking me up every night at 3am, let me sleep already!
Ok, that's good for now, I feel much better.
