I don't think it was intended to be offensive; but I can see how a lot of people would be offended by it.
For those that didn't see it. They mention something about making your voice heard and they show Dr. King giving his "I have a Dream" speech. They then show him from the back and there is no one there to listen to the speech.(I haven't seen it in a while, but it is something like that.
