Actor Wesley Snipes is trying to do damage control now that the secret is out. Last week I talked about Singer Christopher Williams and his revealing interview with Journalist Jawn Murray. Christopher talked about the ex boyfriend who abused Actress Halle Berry, the guy who beat her, and bust her eardrum. Christopher said it was time for the truth to be known because he was tired of people thinking he was the ex boyfriend who beat her up. Christopher revealed how it was Actor Wesley Snipes and the S__t hit the fan. Wesley had an agreement with Halle that this incident was not to be revealed but Halle would mention the abuse all the time in interviews but she would never reveal who beat her. She would only say he was famous. Wesley has met with his lawyers and in an effort to protect his reputation Wesley has put this spin on the situation. He has described it as an accident, an incident that happened in his younger days. Wesley doesn’t have a good rep with the sisters. He recently became a dad again with his Asian girlfriend. Now speaking of Halle I hear she and Eric Benet may be renewing their vows as they work on saving their marriage. They go to church regularly, Halle clutching a bible and Eric wearing designer suits and walking around barefoot.

Anita Baker Speaks! It’s been seven long years and Anita is getting ready to test the waters. Anita is doing a series of concerts in New York to get a feel from the audience. She says if she gets a good response and if she feels good about she will consider going on the road again. I hear she may be appearing in this area in late winter. So what has Anita been doing all these years? Anita says she has been raising her children (she has two sons) and being a wife. Anita has also had to deal with sick relatives who were in her care. Anita says having children has mellowed her. Back in the dat the Singer was known for her firery temper (remember her legendary feud with Luther Vandross when they did a tour).

The most amazing story has to be of Singer Samantha Ivy Burton. Samantha is the daughter of the Legendary Nancy Wilson. Samantha has lost three hundred pounds since entering a recovery program for food addiction. She went from a size 32 to a size 8.

Natalie Cole says Whitney Houston should not have done the infamous Prime Time Live interview with Diane Sawyer. Natalie has been drug and alcohol free for 20 years and she says the questions that were asked were difficult and intrusive. She also stated how the timing was crappy because it was done to promote an album. Years ago Natalie was battling her own demons with drugs and alcohol but she overcame her addictions with counseling.
