There's a Heineken commercial where you see a building from the outside and it looks like it's snowing.

Then they show the inside with a bunch of guys with ties, glasses, balding heads (your typical bean counting accountant I guess) shredding a lot of documents. So it wasn't really snow outside but cut up paper.

Then a voice says something like "To all those who've been naughty this season."
