No, Lott is not in line for the Presidency at all. He would be majority leader in the Senate. After Cheney is Speaker of the House of Representatives, John Dennis Hastert, followed by
President pro tempore of the Senate1 Robert Byrd and Secretary of State Colin Powell, so on and so forth (see Suggles12's post.) Hope that clears it up.
