Yep, I know you can dl hot date for one, as I did. I didn't have the sims when I dl'd it though- didn't understand that it was an EXPANSION (I thought it WAS the game) so I then deleted it. I figured out today that I could actually dl it again but I already ordered it on amazon.com and they are sending it. I am considering dling it tonight and returning the game when they send it to me, if the dl works.

I am so bad about all this, I have even got my young cousin (he's 10) hooked. He came over and saw me playing and was DESPERATE to play. I wouldn't let him mostly because I didn't want the beginner to mess up my people after i spent ALL THAT TIME establishing them, but I promised him the Kid's Sims for X-mas.

I'll send ya my cheat codes as soon as I get home.

and FYI- in Sim Civ you can advance your society to the point where you have spaceships. You start out with 3-5 civs other than your own, compete for land and resources, can get spies and diplomats and get points for destroying the other civilizations. I actually managed to destroy all other civilizations during one game, earning myself a place in the hall of fame as Egweiye the Clever (I always play as the zulus/persians/chinese)
