In high school, my favorite math and science teacher, Mr. Frago used to make mercilious fun of me.

When I had him my freshman year, we were taking a chemistry quiz, and one of the questions asked was "What is a mole?" (referring of course to the chemical term) But, my answer was "A little furry animal that lives in the forest. Mr. Frago fell off of his chair laughing when he read that answer, and still gave me full credit on the question. Apparently through the years though, it became quite the classic antecdote, and when I was recently subbing at my old high school, it became a topic of conversation in one of the classes.

But, the real point I was going to make was about "Borba Math" (Borba is my last name), everytime there was a tough proof in Mr. Frago's class, I would always have a slight problem. I would get through all of the really hard, theoretical part of the math fine, but then I would get to the end of the problem and add 2 + 3 and get 6 or something insanely stupid like that. So, from then on whenever someone made a juvenile mistake on a problem in one of Mr. Frago's classes, he would drag out the old story of "Borba Math"
