signs of a perp they were made at some unknown school Mickey Mouse University, they pledged solo and moved after graduation (how convenient), if they are crazy they will challenge you with some wack mess, lol, to throw you off (go figure)
to catch a perp ask them regional info (they won't know)
invite them to a chapter meeting (they will always be busy)
have them over for an all soror get to gather (they won't show)
in real life its so easy to catch a perp, but on the net, well that's just srt8 drama.
perps do a disservice to themselves and really have emotional issues that i'm sure spill out into other areas of their life. even a child recognizes a fool.

On this note, right after I crossed, my sands and I attended a step show. Of course one of my more "special" sands was out and about introducing herself to everyone. For some reason she met a young lady and came and retrieved all of us to meet her. Of course as we got to know her we eventually got to the "what chapter are you from?" question (mind you, this girl was DRAPED in nalia). She said she was from our chapter. She looked young, but so were we, so we thought maybe she was a soror we never met from maybe the line RIGHT before ours who maybe lives out of town or what not), we asked what year she was made and she said Fall 91 (or something ridiculous). We didn't have a line that term. When we realized she was a perp, she started to cry. Needless to say, we had no mercy (we were on FIRE having just crossed and all). Long story short, we relieved her of her nalia and advised that she not try that stunt again. We also made her feel "lucky" that that's all that happened. More seasoned sorors may have hemmed her up. We were just happy to be able to press somebody as we had been the press-ees all day up until that point!
I don't know why folks perp. I would be scared to do that. With technology, it's esy to do it and get away with it...even on a TV show (106th and PArk) but face to face...it's really risky. It's really disrespectful and a lot of sorors take it as such and treat it as such!
