Look up BHT and herpes . . .
BHT should inhibt herpes outbreaks as well as the perscriptions do.

How does she know he cheated? He could have had herpes for a while it has an incubation period and won't usually break out unless you are immune compromised . . . he could have AIDs also and the herpes is merely an early sign.
Or he could have had herpes and just never told her.
