My husband snores like you wouldn't belive. Only when he lies on one side though...which happens to NOT be the side he lays on to cuddle with me. So whenever he falls asleep cuddling me...I hear LOUD snoring in my ear! I got sick of waking him up and getting him to roll over....so we got the strips...and they worked their magic!
