I agree. Some people seem to have forgotten that although Kobe was a phenom in high school, much of what he lacked in his first years in the NBA in the way of being a team player and intelligent thinker on both sides of the court were due to his decision not to attend college. It is quite easy to dominate in high school b-ball, but college can provide other dynamics that are key to succes in the League no matter how good you might be.
If he decides to go straight to the NBA-- or better yet, when he gets there tomorrow, I hope he understands that no matter what he does, he'll never be bigger than the hype.
