That sounds awful!! I second the tylenol PM thing. Also, if you don't have any reason to get up with an alarm clock tomorrow morning, maybe consider putting on headphones with some calm music. I need noise to sleep, so it may not help you, but having something a little more soothing in the background might drown out some of the other noise. Also, does anyone you know have an eye mask you could use? Even something like a thick washcloth over your eyes might help block out some of the light until you can get to sleep.
Is there anyone else in your house you can stay with? We always had at least one shacker - maybe there'll be an empty bed you can crash in for the night? It sounds like even if you had to sleep on someone's floor, you'd be able to sleep better than in your own bed.
