Our sisterhood development chair also reviewed the ritual, songs, etc. with us at the weekly meetings. In addition, they would plan events such as Big/Lil' Dinners, Sisterhood Retreat, etc. I guess their main focus was preserving and developing the sisterhood bond within the chapter.
