Anyway if nationals AKA died (God forbid) then i would still work in my chapter no doubt, but i doubt there would be very much unity between other chapters if they are not keeping in touch with the traditions laid down by the founders in the beginning. there needs to be order, or we become just chapter memebers vs organizational members. i enjoy going anywhere and having the same sisterhood, vs "oh you're not in my chapter"
Understand what I mean. I'm saying that the love for your organization should be in your heart. You should be a living example on your own, not because a GOVERNING BODY tells you to. As for Nationals, I do think that it serves a purpose, however I know that my JEWELS founded this organization for YOUNG BLACK COLLEGE MEN. Although I do belong to a grad chapter, I think that grad chapters were not in the original plan.
