"so called" Dexter are you for governing bodies or think them pointless, just how i read your comment, perhaps that wasn't your thinking at all. i say that because we've had to deal with alot of renegade (tacky) women who somehow got into our organization and have absolutely no respect for the "so called" governing body or the positive ladylike image the sororitiy has worked to establish since its inception.
Anyway if nationals AKA died (God forbid) then i would still work in my chapter no doubt, but i doubt there would be very much unity between other chapters if they are not keeping in touch with the traditions laid down by the founders in the beginning. there needs to be order, or we become just chapter memebers vs organizational members. i enjoy going anywhere and having the same sisterhood, vs "oh you're not in my chapter"
