Substandard? Whose measuring stick are we using? Why is it that we have seen a rising trend in non-AA enrolling in these HBCUs? Why are the Engineering departments and Nursing departments being bombarded with NON-AAs? I guess for that SUBstandard education?
Oh, let's not forget law schools. I guess those are substandard attorneys.
