Sorhors and friends of Sigma,
It is time to tell the truth about the resolutions we made when 2002 was just a baby. I will go first:
I was very good with working out 5 times a week for the first 9 months of this year and then the sniper sacred the . . . . out of me and I only go around four times in the week now. Truthfully, during the month of October, Fitness First did not see Serioussigma
! I'm just keeping it real. We also have some very cold weather and I don't function well in the cold!
I also have pretty much calmed down in telling people how I feel without thinking about their feelings. I'm not all of the way there yet, but I must say that I have improved.
