I think it's great that Phi Sigma Sigma wants to recolonize! I think the fact that a national sorority wants to colonize there will greatly affect interest !
At the university I first attended, no one paid much attention to greek life until NPC sororities were interested in colonizing. It even boosted recruitment for the males (interestingly enough
) It was really exciting to get emails all summer before formal recruitment from interested women about the organizations.
