Forgot to address this, because I had to run to my lab Final.

From what I understood, they're trying to be on Panhellenic. As for associating with a national, they've been told that they cannot associate with a national until both national sororities are at or above quota for a couple of years. Does that make sense?

What's unhealthy for expansion about the status of our Panhellenic? I'm not a Panhellenic officer so I really don't know the situation.
