I think what DeltAlum is referring to is the fact that there have been several incarnations of the building known as Madison Square Garden. The name always stays the same as does the round shape.

I don't like MSG; the security people there are mean. I was doing PR during the Benson & Hedges Blues Festival a few years back and when I went to go into the press box a security guy didn't want to let me in. Said that I looked too young to be working in the press box and I either bought or stole the press pass I had around my neck. I had to go to a payphone (this was before cell phones) to call my boss to come out and get me!
