They only cancel when their is either terrorist attacks or when 90% of the professors can't make it in, heh.
Fun thing to do here: watch everyone wreck, lol. We have 2 main hills to get into the main campus, of course people like to speed so they climb the hill just to have to stop at the top due to the stop sign just to slide into the car behind them, ahh..so entertaining, lol.
