How big are they? I mean, are they gargantuan so you can't function? If not, I would say leave them alone. I have a friend who had breast reduction surgery, and she said that it was the most PAINFUL, AWFUL thing EVER in the world. Plus she had to have a tube hooked up somehow so that she could empty the fluid after the surgery. Gross!!
If you're having problems running or with shoulder straps, I would say that you might want to look for better bras. I have no problem running because I found some awesome bras that totally mush the girls so they don't bounce. It's not pretty, but it works!
Anyway, breasts are fun! Sure I can't wear little strappy tanks or baby tees, but I wouldn't trade them for anything!
