Don't forget Eta Delta also won Outstanding Chapter Sisterhood Song, and the THE WEST also had two Francis E. Willard award winners, two Ursa Major winners, a Michaelanean winner, and an Outstanding Chapter Adviser (Sigma Chapter).
However, I'm in COMPLETE agreement that those fabulously enthusiastic Rhody Phis set a new standard for Alumnae Chapters! Way to go!
