Kingtut, it sounds as if your talking about "ghosts".... That's a tough one. I'd have to say no. If for some reason they were rejected by nationals, then I feel they should find out what the problem was, fix it, then try again next year. Regardless of how we may feel about MIP, acknowledging a ghost is in a sense condoning hazing, which is illegal. And if the ghost starts feeling as if they are a soror/frat and approach the wrong person, they could jeopardize that chapter as well as subject themselves to never obtaining membership and legal ramifications.
