Why are you still living with your parents?
Because they live 10 minutes from where I work, I have loans to pay off, I graduated SIX MONTHS AGO, I'm 22 and trying to save up for a new car and a house on my own thankyouverymuch, anywhere I'd rent would be at least 45 minutes from work and hella expensive, I'm NEVER home ANYWAY, and I don't have anyone to live with because everyone made plans for their living arrangements before I had a job so what was I going to do, make them wait to see if I ended up employed? Or I can pay $800 a month to live in the ghetto by myself when it's farther away from work and I'd be home even less...
There's no way you could've lost that much weight without doing something, what's your secret?
I'm not starving myself, I don't spend 10 hours a day exercising, and I'm not taking pills. I get off my ass and watch what I put in my mouth, although that would probably kill your social life.
Why didn't you go to law school? Didn't you do well on the LSAT?
I scored amazingly well, but you're still not going to believe me unless I give you a number, and then when I tell you and insist that I'm still not going, you're going to get pissed and act like I'm bragging.
Why don't you have a boyfriend?
I don't know, because the fact that I'm single and female doesn't necessarily make men flock to me, nor does it make me desperate enough to hook up with anyone who's handing it out? Maybe I actually want to try to find a guy who's right for me instead of trying to find anyone who'll take me?
