i was NAMED after that song. my mom went to many a barry manilow concert.. at one of them she was selected to talk to barry over the loudspeaker at the concert.. ugh.. all she did was talk about me and how she named me after his song, and how much of an influence he was on her life. i chalk it up to her being 17 when she had me.
to top it off the next day it was in the freaking BOSTON GLOBE all about me. everyone knew that was my mother.
