Don't let them get you down WhiteDaisy. That's one of the best amateur efforts I've ever seen. In fact, all of you are blowing my mind. I was the original webmaster for my chapter way back in '97 and it didn't look anything like what you guys have got going on. The site is still up but the only part that's mine is the header .gif's without the animation.
