HC I have a new manager in my department?
HC a manager from another dept who I never worked with had been bad mouthing me behind my back to my new manager?
HC me and my new manager are cool like that and brotha man told me that the other manager who I never work with was trying to get me fired!
HC I've never done anything to this man!?
HC I'm a VERY quiet person and I keep to myself?
HC I don't get involved in office gossip, romance, etc, etc..
HC that's just my personality and others take it the wrong way?
HC he said I was surly and uncooperative and had a bad attitude?
HC LOL at me being surly....
HC in my review last month my manager said that my work was near flawless and that I was a key person on his team?
HC he said he doesnt manage personalities but he manages PEOPLE and he recognizes that ol' boy was just causing trouble and had been doing that to other people?
HC he has also been spreading rumors about the company to former employees?
HC he has been LET GO?
HC I don't wish that on anybody and I truly hope that he is able to recover and find a new job?
