Congratulations!!

I wish you all the best.
I agree with throwing out the bridal magazines - I never bought a single one. The bridal magazines tell you all about how to throw the "perfect wedding" - spend more than some people's annual salary on a dress you'll wear only once, go and book the glitziest ballroom in town, lobster and filet mignon at the reception, and what do you mean you're not having a butterfly release as you walk out of the church?

The bridal magazines are supported by their advertisers - the very people who want to sell you the expensive dress, meal, and butterflies.
Oh, and look out for shady vendors who jack up the price as soon as you mention the "W" word. We booked limos to take us and our wedding party back and forth from wedding to reception. We were quoted a not unreasonable price. Then they said "By the way, what is this for?" As soon as we said "A wedding" they said "Ohhhh, let me tell you about our wedding package!" which was essentially the same exact thing, but at twice the price.
Sorry, I guess the cynic in me came out

  The important thing is, congratulations!
