I think everything you just shared with us in your post will do just fine :-) Just highlight all the things you have done, examples are good! And be sure to relate them to the duties of recording secretary and an eboard member.
You sound like a very enthusiastic member who is loyal and dedicated - Your sisters have probably noticed all you do for the chapter. Trust in your sisters and you will surely get slated for the position they feel you will do best in to strenghten the chapter.
