I'm used to being sleep deprived. In college getting to bed by 1 was considered early to me. I always had so much going on. Usually I went to bed around 2-3. Always had at least a 9:00 class (not by choice) so was up by 7:30 at the latest.
Now that I'm in the real world I still go to bed late! I try to be in bed by 1:00 but that's flexible. Sometimes I fall asleep earlier or I'll catch a little nap in the evenings when I get home from the gym. I'm up around 6:30 on the weekdays and I just sleep until whenever on the weekends. Usually up around 9:30 or so which isn't THAT late but feels like it to me! My boyfriend is still in school and when I go visit I'm always up way earlier on the weekends...I think he would sleep til 2 in the afternoon if he could
