my fraternity raises money for the make a wish foundation. we raised $10,000 to send a local boy and his family to Disney world as his wish. although i see your point in the money does not help with research to cure the illnesses that these kids have, but it makes a kid who is going to die have one wish come true. that to me is the most touching thing. to see a kid have a day, week, or whatever, where its all about them and they can forget they they are sick is really special.
