I do not agree with the theory. Although I do believe that the presence of high amounts of testosterone may affect some traits such as facial hair, I do not believe that it can do to much to your personality. I believe that culture and environment are the influences for this. Just look at some tribes in Africa. There the men take on roles and have traits that are usually assinged to women in Western culture. In these tribes the men are the caregivers and are the submissive sex. On the other hand, the women in these tribes are aggressive and usually the leaders of the households. So I just think that your behavioral traits and patterns depend largely upon your envionment and the many things that you are exposed to.
