That's Furio, he became an addition to "The Family" when Tony went to Italy. He was part of a deal.
Furio used to be a bad ass, but now he is so wrapped up with Carmella he is getting a bit boring.
But if those two hook up
it will be anything BUT boring. We saw what Tony did when someone messed with his horse.
