this is so silly, i'm laughing at this corny song being sung flat (just being honest), come on this is a joke right (right?), lol. IF you want to be taken seriously, BE SERIOUS. Starting a new organization is not the problem, because if its not quality it won't last. And certainly anyone of quality would not be interested in such a ridiculous organization (you do want quality members right?). If you're really serious (i'll give you the benefit) then i suggest you revamp the Image of your fraternity because it makes whatever vision you have look and "sound" bad. peace and good luck.
