I dunno, but I feel a potential double standard brewing! lol
I'd say it's "cheating"--but if one's guy doesn't care if ya kiss another chick then it wouldn't be a big deal. I think that if he doesn't care about kissing chicks he shouldn't care about kissing other guys though. If he cares then yeah it's cheating, if not then no.
Then I think that as long as it's all or nothing (not discriminating between it being ok to kiss guys or girls), then I'd say it's fair and people can/will do whatever they want *shrug*
