This was at a large state school, in a major city, with a relatively small greek system. 5 NPC groups a few MGLO, 3 or 4 BGLO's, 9 frats. The NPC groups total at the time was 50 or 60. Not very big for a huge state school. The greek system is growing-but its hard to attract people on a mostly commuter campus. We don't have houses either. When girls when through rush we cut the ones we didn't like (you had to be pretty bad for us to not like you) so there was lots of competition!We also get MANY MANY girls go through rush and say-I'm transfering to "Bigger better school" in a year or two. SO we have lots of turn-over in the chapters. We take juniors, seniors who ever b/c it's better to have a group of seniors than a groups of freshman who are leaving at any moment. At least the seniors will be there b/c they have to graduate!
