OK, I think I get where you are coming from...

It would only be "racial profiling" if the school had said to the NPHC orgs, you can't use the word pledge, etc., and the IFC orgs could, but that isn't the case. To my understanding that was the decision of the NPHC organizations themselves.

Many of the NPC sororities don't use the word "pledge" anymore either, and that was mandated by the national office of the sorority, NOT by the school. I have heard of places where you're not allowed to use the word pledge but it applies to ALL the Greek orgs on campus.

To answer the question I think you are asking: no, I don't believe that NPHC orgs are held to a harsher standard than NPC and IFC by schools.
