Read my post again then. I am referring in general to many of the actions that are still done by IFC frats are not allowed by NPHC frats. And the rules are set by the states as well as the governing organizations. I don't think it's wrong what is done by the IFC frats. I have many friends in IFC frats & we have talked about it. I usually say something like "man I wish we could do that"
