I agree with my sisters - from what you've written it doesn't seem like the Greek Advisor has over-stepped in anyway. However, if there are things you haven't mentioned that are bothering you, I definitely recommend you, your chapter president and your Panhel rep schedule a meeting so you all can clear the air.
