Stop complaining about standardized tests and commit to acing them. By throwing them out, we admit that we cannot compete with white folks. That is admitting defeat. I studied for the SAT like a had a gun to my head and it paid off!
If you're in the business of reforming public education, establish a strict uniform policy, get rid of bilingual education, and bring back corporal punishment and prayer/moment of silence in schools. Kids now days have no fear of or respect for authority.
