Dirty rushing will not occur if there is mutual respect.
My way of seeing things is when it comes to rush if everyone else is breaking the rules you have 2 choices:
1. Beat 'em (turn them in)
2. Join 'em
You really shouldn't dwell on it long. Just choose one of those paths and go down it. People will continue to dirty rush if the punishment is not VERY severe. Think about it... If you're fined say $100 per rush infraction. If that infraction recruited you even ONE member... You're making money!
