I, for one, feel sorry for the Wisconsinites. Their options were Doyle (a weasel), McCallum (a wiener), Ed Thompson (I'm the real governor's brother, so elect me and we'll legalize drugs), and whichever token Green Party candidate ran this year (they're all interchangable, just someone to get 2% of the vote from the enviro-freaks who can't find it in their bleeding hearts to vote for someone as far right as a Democrat). They chose Doyle, the Democrat, and turned the state legislature around so that it's all a Republican majority. Hopefully four years of an idiot liberal like Doyle and a grid-locking right-wing assembly will prompt the Republicans to field a moderate gubernatorial candidate in 2006. That way, the legislature can go back to being Democrat and once again a balance will be struck.
