Yeah, Jessica and Natalie are twins, the doctor that delivered Viki's babies was in the cult of Mitch who was the one way back who got Allison to switch the babies. PLUS Mitch himself is back (he was supposed to be dead too). Natalie and Christian are in love, but he's marrying Jen because she's pregnant (only he baby is really Al's, but I don't think she's really pregnant either). Carey is a surrogate for her mother's baby, who's father is Antonio, her fiance LOL. It's a big mess all over the place.

On GH, Brenda is back, and Jax and Skye got married, but Jax got shot by Alcazar and was paralyzed for a hot minute. Brenda still loves him, so she married Jason so that he could keep her out of trouble (they hate each other). Luke is in some bootleg back country jail, trippin out. Sonny knows that Alexis' baby is his. That's basically it, everything is spinning off from all of this right now.
