Since you were initiated into an NPC sorority, then you cannot join another NPC group. However, if there are local sororities or service sororities at your school, then you have the option to join one of them.
I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with your chapter, and I hope that you are able to find a local or service organization that is a good fit for you.
