My main question is if the HQ has a list of legacies that they can shell out to the colonies and upstarts. I'm currently in the prelim. stages of opening up at Loyola Chicago. So, if you know anyone who will be attending here in the future or is already here and not offiliated, please let me know. The goal is to get TKE up and running and fully functional (or dysfuntional ) by Jan of 2004. Hopefully sooner, though!
