It should be the same all over the US, because some girls going through rush may be from out-of-state, and they may use the term from wherever the grew up or from what a friend/sister/cousin/etc told them. I really miss it being called Rho Chis because it makes so much more sense Rho Chis, RC, Recruitment Counselers...
